WWO ORPHAN SUPERHERO RIDERS 2018
William & Carina Goebelbecker
On Sunday My 6th, I will be riding alongside my daughter Carina in the TD Five Boro Bike Tour on behalf of Worldwide Orphans Foundation. We are hoping for great weather as we ride 40 miles with 40 other riders and help raise valuable dollars for all the children and families they serve.
WWO is working to ensure that orphans and at-risk children can have a happy, healthy childhood, and reach their full potential. WWO works in six countries: Bulgaria, Ethiopia, Haiti, Serbia, Vietnam and the United States. By providing boys and girls with play, education, health, protection, and hope, they give what every child needs...a chance.
For five years, our fearless WWO Superhero Riders have not only biked 40 miles through the 5 boroughs of New York City, they have also raised tens of thousands of dollars for WWO and the children we serve. This year, 35 of our most enthusiastic and active supporters will be riding the 40 miles once again.
WWO's mission is to transform the lives of orphans and vulnerable children through access to medical care, education, and psychosocial support so they can become healthy, independent, and productive members of their community and the world.
